Construction of biomass heating systems in Bucovat, Rassvet, Cornesti, Nisporeni, Ungheni and Telenesti

UNDP Moldova invites Sealed Bids for the construction of biomass heating systems in selected municipalities of the Republic of Moldova as follows: Bucovat, Rassvet, Cornesti, Nisporeni, Ungheni and Telenesti.

On 19 September 2016 at 11:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-bidding conference on its premises located at “Le Roi” Business Centre, 29, Sfatul Tarii Street, 3rd floor, room 305, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova. Representatives of all interested companies are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to mihail.maciuca@undp.org by COB Friday, 16 September 2016.

Site visits will be conducted on 20 September 2016 following the next schedule:

09:00 – Rassvet (Straseni)

10:00 – Bucovat (Straseni)

12:30 – Nisporeni

14:30 – Ungheni

15:30 – Cornesti (Ungheni)

17:00 – Telenesti

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova, on 03 October 2016 at 12:00 (Moldova local time).

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
