Rental of Multifunction Printers/Copiers and provision of related services

The UN-MICT with its Headquarters located in The Hague, Netherlands, seeks interested vendors to provide the rental of several categories of digital multi-functional printers/copiers and related services to the UN-ICTY. The UN-MICT is planning to rent the following categories of printers/copiers: - Category 2 = High-Volume B&W Printer/Copier with 80-90 ppm = 1 new unit - Category 3 = Mid-Volume B&W Printer/Copier with 35-45 ppm = 13 new units and 7 refurbished/used units - Category 4 = Full-colour printer/copier with 40-50 ppm (A4) = 1 new unit The expected rental contract shall be an all-in service contract (except paper) and is planned to commence in Quarter 1 or 2 in year 2017 and to expire 3 years later. Thereafter, UN-MICT will have options to extend the rental 2x more at 1-year periods each. As and when required, the vendor may be required to provide training to UN-MICT staff members on the use and basic care of the printers/copiers.
