Provision of Safety and Security Services for the UN Campus in Bonn, Germany

The United Nations Organizations in Bonn (UNBONN), which are represented by United Nations Volunteers (UNV) are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified contractor firms to provide personnel and facility security services at the UN Campus in Bonn, which hosts executive management and staff of 19 mutually independent UN organizations. The organizations are located in two buildings in two separate locations providing office space for approximately 700 staff.  
The safety and security services firm will be required to provide services on a 24/7 basis focusing on access control, monitoring and use of surveillance equipment, personnel and equipment scanning through the use of metal detectors and x-ray machines, close support details for high ranking individuals as well as conference/meeting security.

UNV will carry out a public tender for security services intending to conclude a one-year-contract renewable up to a maximum of three years.

Only companies able to present proof of being qualified, experienced and familiar with the security standards and requirements of German Public Authorities and International Organizations with the relevant profile and experience in supplying the above described services will be considered as qualified.

Interested companies should submit their EOI as well as following documents:

·     A brief presentation of the company, including the company profile,

·     Documentation of relevant experience in this field,

·     A reference list of at least 3 customers whom we can contact (including names,
addresses, email, telephone and fax number),

·     Financial statements for the last 3 years, this should include assets (including cash assets),
receivables due, and liabilities.
