Provision of Manage Engine IT360 Renewals

The Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) located in Leidschendam, The Netherlands, seeks Expressions of Interest from authorised resellers suitably experienced to register for a tender procedure STL intend to issue for its existing Manage Engine Service Desk applications renewals. The related products for the renewals from Authorised Resellers are: - License Manage Engine: IT360 Integrated IT Management Solution Professional edition - Device Monitoring (Network devices and servers - Applications Monitoring, Application Services - IT360 Technicians (C6_1) - IT360 Operator or Read-only users - Business & Cloud application - NetFlow Monitoring Detailed specifications and volume requirements will be provided with the tender documents. The initial period of the contract will be for one (1) year, with possible extension of two (2) successive periods of one (1) year each, subject to satisfactory performance. STL are also considering the option of purchasing perpetual licenses. The new contract shall commence on 1 July 2016.
