Request for Expression of Interest for Provision of Printed Books and E-books to the UNECA

It is anticipated that the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia will shortly be issuing an "Invitation to Bid" to procure printed books and e-books from a contractor/s with valid license. Hence, the UNECA hereby request qualified contractor/s to experess their interest for the provision of books to the UNECA. It is ECA's intent to have Long Term Agreement (LTA) with qualified contractor. Interested firms will be invited to the tender by “Invitation to Bid” (ITB) at a later stage. This tender envisages selection of a single or more contactors to supply books. Note: Detailed Terms of Reference for the entire contract period will be provided in the solicitation document. Please note that the UNECA is precluded from entering into contract with a firm that is not fully registered with UNECA. Those interested in responding to this invitation but not currently fully registered as vendors with UNECA, are encouraged to register before submission of the bid.
