Consulting Services for Knowledge Management

We are looking for a Consultancy Company to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the existing processes and tools for knowledge sharing at the OSCE, and to develop a cross-organizational strategy and roadmap for implementing the Knowledge Management (KM) across the organization. The strategy should promote KM culture, harness information technology tools to support knowledge sharing, and facilitate efficient access and use of knowledge.

Successful past experience of delivering projects on the field of KM to International Organizations will be an asset.
