Provision of PIO Radio Equipment and Maintenance Services

The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicit Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified Contractors for the Provision of Radio Equipment and Maintenance Services for the UNMISS Public Information Office (PIO) at UNMISS Logistics Base, near Juba International Airport, Juba, South Sudan as stated herein. Description of General requirements: 1. UNMISS seeks to procure Radio Equipment and Maintenance Services for the UNMISS Public Information Office i.e. Audio card digigrams, Digital Audio cables, Audio editing software, broadcasting equipment e.g. audio receivers with full control front panels, digital audio satellite receivers etc. and maintenance Services 2. Companies interested in this requirement must be in a position to supply and deliver the Radio Equipment and Maintenance Services on the basis of Delivered at Place (DAP) UNMISS Logistics Base in Tomping, Near Juba International Airport, Juba, South Sudan (Incoterms 2010). 3. All equipment must come with a minimum warranty of 12 months from the date of receipt of goods by UNMISS.
