The United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (UNICTY) seeks a qualified vendor to provide preventive maintenance and repair services for its closed-circuit television systems CCTV for an initial one year period (2015) for two locations with an irrevocable and exclusive option to the UN-ICTY and MICT to extend for a further period of 2016 and until 30 June 2017 for the Main building only. Particularly, the UNICTY seeks a qualified vendor that can respond quickly to its service needs, for example, within the first hour upon placing a service call in case of emergency situations or within 24-hours for non-emergency requirements, with quick resolution times. In addition to response and resolution time factors, the prospective vendor also has to assign an account manager for the contract, a designated technician for all ICTY services and repairs and provide warranties for its work output and materials.
