Consultancy Services to support the Recruitment Process for UNDP-Global Shared Service Centre

Overview : Objective: UNDP is seeking an established and reputable recruitment consultancy company to provide services in support of the recruitment process on a national basis for new positions within the UNDP Global Shared Service Centre (GSSC), located in Cyberjaya, near Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The majority of these positions will be in the area of finance, accounting and procurement. UNDP is seeking: A. Recruitment services support for an expansion occurring within 2014 (the ‘2014 campaign’), consisting of an estimated 50 new positions. The majority of these positions are to be appointed by summer (phase 1), and the remainder by February 2015; and B. A long-term agreement with the recruitment consultancy service to provide services in support of future recruitment processes on a national basis, for 2015 until end-2017, on an as-need basis. Long term agreement duration will be for three years subject to satisfactory contract performance. UNDP is seeking the services of a recruitment consultancy company to source and prescreen a long list of suitable candidates for each position, that meet the educational and professional qualifications, experience and language skills defined by UNDP. The prescreened long list of candidates should also be balanced in terms of gender and respecting diversity.
