CREATIVE SERVICES FOR JAPAN NATIONAL COMMITTEE FOR UNICEF
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek proposals from qualified companies for creative services. Detailed information regarding the terms of reference is available in the RFPS documentation. Our intention is to establish a Long Term Arrangements for Services (LTAS) with the company that can provide the best value for money for UNICEF, ideally for an initial period of approx. two and a half years, until 31 December 2016. There may be an option to extend the LTAS for one year based on satisfactory performance of the selected company and at UNICEF’s sole discretion.
The Japan Committee for UNICEF (JCU) produces direct mail appeals, directed towards current Japanese donors (individuals, small businesses, schools, groups) as well as potential Japanese donors, several times a year. These appeals generate un-earmarked income for UNICEF, which is the most flexible and desired income to allow UNICEF to fulfil its mandate. The contract resulting from this bidding process will be for creative development (layout, design, copywriting, and pre-press services) in the Japanese language, for the various direct mail campaigns that are undertaken throughout the year at the discretion and direction of JCU and UNICEF PFP.
