Description of the Assignment:  UNDP Mongolia Country Office is looking to contract a National consultant for the assignment " Capacity building and development consultant". The Capacity building and development consultant will: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the capacity needs assessment, Develop capacity building strategy or capacity development plan,Contribute to the 7th National Report.

Period of assignment/services :  50 Working days over 9 months 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
