Cafeteria Catering Services at UNTSO HQ - Breakfast and Light/Hot Lunch Options

The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested locally (Jerusalem and vicinity) based caterers/restaurants/companies for the Provision of Cafeteria Catering Services as listed below. The specifications/scope of the requirements will be provided in due course with the solicitation documents. 1. Location of the provision of the cafeteria catering services: UNTSO HQ cafeteria in Jerusalem. 2. Opening hours: Monday-Friday from 7:30 – 15:30 Hours. 3. The Contractor shall provide personnel, supplies, and foodstuffs to operate full food service. 4. Services must include self-service and takeout for breakfast and hot lunch meal with at least one vegetarian option (hot meal, soup, salads, dessert), soft drinks and coffee throughout the day. 5. Cafeteria usage may vary, with an average of 50 hot meals daily.
