Car Rental Services for UNICEF and other UN Agencies in Angola

UNICEF Angola is pleased to invite proposals from qualified  car rental companies  for to submit proposals in line with the Terms of Reference attached to this solicitation .

Submission Instructions

• Deadline: Proposals must be submitted no later than 18th March  2025 at 23:59 (Angola time).
• Submission Email: All proposals must be sent ONLY to supplyangolabid@unicef.org. Proposals sent to other addresses will not be considered and will be automatically disqualified.
• Proposal Format:
  • Email 1: RFP-LRPS-2025-9196042– Technical Proposal
  • Email 2: RFP-LRFPS LRPS-2025-9196042– Financial Proposal

Registration Requirement

Participating companies must be registered with the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM).  Follows the link: Request for Proposal to Formative Evaluation of National Immunization Programme in Angola (2022-2024)

Declaration Form

• Before submission, all applicants must complete and sign the declaration form (pages 3-5 of the tender document).
• Ensure the form is accurately completed and signed, confirming your interest. Proposals without a signed declaration form will not be considered.
• Kindly indicate your response:
  • YES – If you agree to the declaration.
  • NO – If you have concerns, please specify the issues.
