Provision of Camp Management Services

The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) has a requirement to carry out Camp Management Services in Bangui and other sectors locations across the Central African Republic (CAR). The facilities include office areas, integrated personnel accommodation camps (IPAC) in sectors, transit camps for uniformed personnel, medical facilities such as hospitals and clinics, warehouse facilities, workshops, hangers etc. MINUSCA is seeking to establish one or multiple Contracts with an Entity or Entities that will provide effective and efficient Camp Management Services in the mission locations on a regular basis, to create a safe, healthy and hassle-free environment for its staff. The overall scope of the Services shall consist of works in the following technical areas: • Cleaning, accommodation management and porter services • Ground maintenance, landscaping, and gardening services • Pest & vector control (PVC) services The service provider shall deliver the overall services in the above-mentioned technical areas within four major categories: • Daily and routine operations • Routine and emergency repairs • Scheduled maintenance operations • Project Implementations
