Dear Partners, FAO herewith invites you to submit a proposal for Third party monitoring of the Grant Program in Ukraine; in UAH, under the project GCP/UKR/012/EC - Inclusive, competitive and sustainable value chain development in agriculture, fisheries and forestry. This invitation is for the provision of non commercial services under the FAO rules that govern Letters of Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement” or “LoA”). Under these rules only non-profit, intergovernmental, and governmental organizations are eligible to sign LoAs with FAO.
