Provision of On Call Post Flood Cleaning and Stabilization Services for the UN Headquarters in NYC

• Identify Moisture Survey of the entire affected area and document initial moisture readings, and document damage. • Extract, capture & properly dispose any remaining standing or trapped water. Dispose of any fuels, oils, and other toxic fluids present, in accordance with Local, State, Federal and EPA guidelines. • Gross cleaning procedures shall include wet-mopping/wiping on hard surfaced materials (interior areas.) • Clean, sanitize and deodorize all non-porous (hard surfaced) content items. • Provide for replacement pallets to place and store all unaffected contents. • Selectively disassemble cubicle stations in order to salvage cabinets & table tops above the water line. • Clean and disinfect accessible Air Handling Units components as necessary. • Provide and install power distribution panels necessary to perform restoration services. • Dehumidification Services. • Document Freeze Drying Services. • Vendor to provide all labor and materials to perform the Scope of Work.
