Is there another template for “Technical Proposal Details for each criteria of Form C” that we should fill out to submit?Thank you for any clarification on this topic and the expectations for submission! UNOPS responds: The document "Technical Proposal Details for each Criteria of Form C" corresponds to all documents as evidence of qualification, technical evidence, information and details of the services offered, CVs of proposed personnel and additional documents necessary to meet the qualification required in the Form C: Technical Quatation Form.

New clarification added: Dear Bidder,Please find below the responses to your queries:Question 1:Should the document, “RFQ_Section_III_ReturnableBiddingForms,” be split into separate documents for each form, A-E, for submission?UNOPS Response: Yes, please use each form to submit your response accordingly.Question 2: In Form C: Technical Quotation Form, should the project examples in 1.2, 1.4, and 1.7 be different projects, or can we repeat the same examples?UNOPS Response: Same samples/examples can be used if they meet the required criterion. However, please ensure that the number of examples are met e.g. where two examples are required, two distinct projects/examples are provided. Question 3: In Form D: Previous Experience Form, should listed projects be only those referenced in Form C: Technical Quotation Form, or can we include additional project examples?UNOPS Response: Additional projects can be included as this pertains to the overall experience as mentioned in the criterias Question 4: Is there a budget range for this assignment?UNOPS Response: The evaluation will be done based on technical compliant and most economical offeror.
