The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) invites qualified interested firms to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming solicitation for the Provision of Architectural and Engineering services for assessment, planning, cost estimation and design of infrastructure, refurbishment and construction of selected facilities at the National Police Service (NPS) College Main Campus in Kiganjo, Nyeri County, Kenya. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) through its Transnational Organised Crime Programme (TOC) in Kenya is mandated to support the professionalisation and modernisation of the National Police Service College main campus in Kiganjo, Kenya. The project’s primary objective is to elevate the National Police Service College Main Campus in Kiganjo (the NPS College) to a world-class training institution, equipped with a conducive, modern, professional, and sustainable learning environment. UNODC ROEA is therefore seeking architectural and engineering services to assess, review and plan construction and refurbishments of selected facilities at the NPS College.
