Hope all is well. In reference to the above mentioned subject, we are pleased to invite you to our Request for Quotation for Goods no. 2024 - 9193568 - Supply and installation of a new generator at UNICEF Jordan Country Office premises as well as install a standby tank at the Regional Office and Jordan Country Officer premises. You are kindly requested to submit your best proposal to hal-fayyad@unicef.org ONLY no later than 11:59 PM Amman Time on 27 October 2024, otherwise it will be considered as not valid.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Only proposals received through hal-fayyad@unicef.org and subjected the tender number will be valid, any proposals received through any other e-mail will be INVALIDATED.
2. Please note that any inquiries related to this Request For Quotation will be acceptable through e-mail ONLY and will not be considered through phone calls.

7. Site visit: A site visit will be held on Thursday October 17th, 2024 from 2:30 – 4:00 PM at UNICEF Jordan Country Office. Interested bidders are requested to arrange for the visit by contacting Mr. Mohammed Al Froukh at 00962 79 102 4919. Kindly note that the site visit is mandatory for this procurement to study the premises accessibility and to study the feasibility of installing the generator in 4 locations of which 1 will be selected. The supplier is required to analyze the safety and noise levels and required noise cancelation  for each of the proposed 4 locations and propose a canopy required for each location, given that some of the locations are near offices , meeting rooms. Others are near vehicles parked at the large parking space.
