The reference LITB-2024-9193384: Supply of Kitchen Utensils
MUST be shown on the subject line of your Submission.
Quotations MUST be received by latest by 17:00 hrs Nigeria local time on 29.10.2024. Quotations
received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
Vendors are encouraged to send their e-mail Bid at least 24 hours before the designated closing time to
avoid any potential delay in the submission and hence, consequent rejection.
Please note that your emails should not exceed 15 MB. You can submit more than one email, but please
label each email correctly (1 of 5, 2 of 5 # etc.)
Number of sets to be procured 3,000 Sets.
Packaging requirements: The supplies are to be packaged in Strong Cartons branded with UNICEF and
Donor Logos in separate sets of 3,000 as provided in the Price Schedule (Annex B). For ease of
shipping, packaging should be well and properly done by supplier to withstand double handling and
prevent tearing off during transportation. Supplier should therefore cling-wrap the cartons and also
include additional extra cartons in case of damage while in transit.
Physical Samples: Physical Samples will be requested from preselected Bidder (s) as deemed necessary
