New clarification added: Inquiries:It is understood that since all proposal documents are submitted electronically that all signatures required may be electronically scanned signatures. Please kindly confirm.The expenses for the TWG and Investment Forum related events are expected to be significant and will put a strain on the consultant’s ability to finance them prior to being able to invoice UNOPS for them. Would UNOPS consider expense advances for the purpose of paying for venue rental and catering? These advances would be then reconciled in the corresponding deliverable invoices.Shall the consultant also make it possible for participants to be connected remotely to the various events? (and in such case, include the appropriate technology / communications costs in the proposed financial offer)Can UNOPS provide the budget ceiling allocated for this contract?Due to the Philippine holidays in the last week we kindly request a one-week extension of the submission deadline.Response:Dear Bidder, thank you for your clarification inquiries. Please see our below response.1. Yes please. All mandatory documents as well as supporting documents, kindly sign electronically and input with company stamp2. In order to ensure that the proposal meets the highest standards of quality and reflects the full range of competencies required, we are seeking additional time to finalize the document. Given the complexity of the project and the importance of aligning our approach with the specific expectations of UNOPS, we believe this additional time is necessary to deliver a comprehensive and well-prepared presentation.
