  • Submission to any other email will lead to rejection of the bid. Do not cc any other email address.
  • Each email submission including attachments (e.g., PDF, MS, Excel files) cannot exceed 10 MB. Please use clear and concise file names when submitting attachments.
  • Bids/files shall not be submitted through File Sharing services such WeTransfer, Google Drive, etc. Such submission may not be considered.
  • The use of files sharing application is not permitted and files submitted through such applications will not be considered . if necessary, bids should be split in multiple emails of less than 10 MB each.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure the bids is received before the closing date and time
