Request for Information (RFI) for School Connectivity Solutions
UNICEF is inviting service providers for School Connectivity Solutions.
Proposers should respond to this Request for Information by email
to connectivity_procurement@unicef.org with copy to Claire Heraud at cheraud@unicef.org and Nicolas Joel Nin at nnin@unicef.org.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Interested companies must thoroughly review the enclosed PDF document “RFI_School_Connectivity_Solutions.pdf”, complete the enclosed Excel file “Questionnaire_RFI_School_Connectivity.xls” and send it to the above-mentioned email addresses. Please quote “RFI – School Connectivity Solutions” as the subject in your email correspondence.
The deadline for the submission of responses is 15 October 2024 at 23h59 CET (Geneva Time).

This Request for Information (RFI) does not constitute a formal solicitation. We do not request bids or proposals at this stage.
The goal of this RFI is to seek information on your service offering and pricing structure for any future tender. Kindly note that we are not asking for you to provide exact pricing or quotes.
A response to this RFI does not automatically ensure that you will be selected to participate in a tender or be selected for procurement. UNICEF will not be responsible for the costs you would incur in preparing and submitting the information requested.
UNICEF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the RFI and/or any future solicitation process. UNICEF also reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions as and when issuing any future tender documents.
All submissions will be treated confidentially and UNICEF is not prepared to agree and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with any RFI participant.
UNICEF invites companies to provide clear and accurate information, as UNICEF will be better positioned to assess any technical and financial proposals from these companies in future tendering processes.
Interested service providers are requested to notify UNICEF of their intention to participate in this RFI via email, to the above-mentioned email addresses by the 30th of September 2024. Questions or clarifications are receivable until the 30th of September 2024 via email using exclusively the above-mentioned email addresses. Please do not send questions about this RFI to any other UNICEF personnel.
