UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for the provision of Evaluation of the Joint MOH-UNICEF National Hotline on Vaccination & Infant Feeding #Jointly to Health" in Ukraine. UNICEF Ukraine is commissioning a rigorous evaluation of the Joint MOH-UNICEF National Hotline on Vaccination & Infant Feeding “Jointly to Health'' (“Спільно до здоров’я”). The exercise will take place in 2024/2025 and will document best practices and produce findings, conclusions and recommendations for future phases of the work. The terms of reference serve to outline the background, purpose, objectives and scope, as well as provide details on the intended design, including proposed questions and methods, oversight, timeline and deliverables. The evaluation will be managed by the UNICEF Ukraine Country Office. This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system.
