Please find the question and our response below.Question:We are currently preparing our proposal for tender RFQ/2024/52846 and have noticed a potential discrepancy between the Bill of Quantities and the technical documentation, which may significantly impact the cost of our proposal.In the BoQ for object S090, section Армопояс Мп1, Мп2, lines 150-153 are measured in tonnes and 100m3, whereas the technical documentation includes a table with ДСТУ norms where the units are listed in kilograms (kg).Could you kindly check and confirm the correct amounts and units for this lines to ensure accuracy in our proposal?Answer:The technical team checked the mentioned BOQ and Technical Documentation and haven't found any discrepancies. S090, BOQ line 150 - Улаштування залізобетонного армопоясу [сумiшi бетоннi готовi важкi, клас бетону В25 [М350], крупнiсть заповнювача бiльше 40 мм] - please indicate here the Cost of Work and cost of Concrete (to make Армопояс Мп1, Мп2), unit of measurement 100 m3. In the lines 151-152 please, indicate the cost of rebars in tonnes. Line 153 - this is a cost of Work in order to install embedded parts (unit of measurement tonnes). We checked the technical documents and the quantities correspond to the BOQ.
