You are invited to submit a proposal for the above mentioned Request for Proposals for the Eastern Mediterranean Regional Office in the World Health Organization (WHO), in accordance with the attached documents:

Bill of Quantities

1. No later than [8 September 2024], you shall complete and the following Annexes and send to emrgotender@who.int  as per the RFP (Section 4.2):
   • The RFP RFP 8/2024/23 Acknowledgement form, attached hereto as Annex 1, signed as confirmation of the bidder's intention to submit a bona fide proposal and designate its representative to whom communications may be directed, including any addenda; and
   • The RFP RFP 8/2024/23 Confidentiality Undertaking form, attached hereto as Annex 2, signed;
   • The Self-Declaration form, attached hereto as Annex 6, signed.

2. Bidders are invited to a site visit to be held in the Regional Office Premises as follow:

Site visit date: 9 September 2024 at 9:00 hours (Cairo local time),

Location: meeting point will be WHO regional office in Cairo, side gate,

The site visit is mandatory and bidders who will not attend the site visit will be excluded from the evaluation.

3. A prospective bidder requiring any clarification on technical, contractual or commercial matters may submit its questions via e-mail to emrgotender@who.int  as specified in the RFP (Section 4.6) (use subject: [RFP 8/2024/23]) no later than [13 September 2024]. Questions are to be submitted following the format of the form "Questions from Bidders", attached hereto as Annex 7

A consolidated document of WHO’s response to all questions (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of enquiry) will be sent to all prospective bidders who have expressed their interest of the RFP.

4. The Proposals must be submitted in two separate emails one for “Technical Proposal’ and one for “Financial Proposal” via e-mail to emrgotender@who.int  as specified in the RFP (Section 4.7) no later than [19 September 2024] at [18:00] hours, [Cairo] time.

Each proposal shall be marked with Bid Ref and subject:  RFP 8/2024/23

5. Evaluation of proposals and selection of a vendor will be performed in accordance with the  RFP [RFP 8/2024/23].
