Indoor Air Quality & Water Testing Services in UNDP HQ Office Premises in NY

General Operations within the Bureau of Management, which is the unit responsible for ensuring that all facilities accommodating UNDP staff are maintained to the highest possible standards and in compliance with local requirements and laws, seeks to engage the services of an accredited environmental auditor to verify indoor air and water quality.
The objective of the supplier would be to ensure uninterrupted high air quality, Testing is undertaken on bi-annual basis as well as ad-hoc basis when needed and when concerns are raised. In addition, the supplier will also be responsible for the testing of water quality in all UNDP occupied spaces in New York. The intent is to establish a Long Term Agreement (LTA) for 3 years.
