The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to bid for the roof repair of 4 multi-apartment residential buildings, 221, 227, 229, 231, Druzhby Narodiv Street, in the city of Kharkiv, Ukraine in accordance with the requirements and process as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

New clarification added: Please confirm that any schedule listed as “Not Used” may be deleted from our submission package.Which documents in the RFQ package are considered addenda so that we may acknowledge them in Schedule 0.11?Are bidders required to fill out and submit the DRiVE Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire? If so, will the UN provide a hard copy, as the link provided sent us to a Google Drive that we do not have access to?Where does the list of available essential personnel that will be included in project implementation go in our submission?There is a bid security amount listed in Section IV under 4.2 but the Particulars documents states that the Form for Bid Security is not used. Please confirm we are not required to submit a Bid Security at the time of bid submission.Our organization would like to provide a comprehensive proposal for RFQ_2024_53154. In order to provide all information required in the tender documentation, and to fully review and incorporate any changes needed by the Q&A, our organization respectfully requests a one-week extension._________________Dear Bidder, Thank you for interest in this tender and for your questions. Please see the answers below:1. Confirmed. 2. Addenda to the RFQ are the documents, which you may find in the Documents section. Acknowledgement of the Addenda will help UNOPS understand that bidders familiarized with and considered all documentation, incl. designs, pre-bidding meeting minutes, etc. to prepare a full-fledged proposals. 3. Submission of DRiVE Questionnaire is optional. By publishing RFQ Amendment on 7 August 2024 UNOPS added Pre-Bidding Meeting Minutes and DRiVE Questionnaire in Excel. 4. The List of Essential Personnel can be submitted in a separate document. Please note that qualifications and experience of Essential Personnel should be mentioned, complemented by diplomas, certificates, etc. 5. Bid Security is not used for this tender. 6. See document "Pre-Bidding Meeting Minutes_RFQ_2024_53154.pdf" in the Documents section.Additionally, "DRiVE Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire" is uploaded to the list of Documents.
