Description
The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is an intergovernmental organization with its headquarters in Geneva.  It is one of the 16 United Nations specialized agencies and is responsible for promoting the protection of intellectual property throughout the world, including the administration of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), and also the international registration of marks. 

WIPO intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to select contractor(s) for the assessment center services to support the selection process for WIPO competitions for vacancies. 

The purpose of this call for EOI is to identify appropriate suppliers who can potentially fulfill the requirements. The call for EOI does not constitute an invitation to tender. The tender documents will be sent ONLY to those qualified suppliers that have satisfactorily demonstrated their qualifications and are deemed qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission. A reply to call for EOI does not automatically guarantee receipt of the invitation to tender.

Any interested company wishing to participate in the prequalification procedure is invited to register as a supplier at https://ungm.in-tend.co.uk/wipo/aspx/Home and respond to the Call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) before November 5, 2013, at 16h00 (CET), via the WIPO's e-Tendering system.
