Bridging Startups with Refugee and Migrant Talents
With the growing startup scene in Egypt and a surge in investments, the field holds significant promise for growth. Moreover, many startups are increasingly championing more inclusive work environments, presenting a unique opportunity to integrate refugees and migrants into this dynamic sector.
Youth for Future project is currently seeking a service provider to coordinate a series of networking events in Cairo, Alexandria and Damietta. These events aim to connect tech-startups with refugees and migrants, identify the specific needs and requirements of startups, and enhance the skills and capacities of refugees, migrants, and Egyptian youth to fit the needs of the tech-startup ecosystem.
The tender contains sustainability considerations related to human rights, fundamental principles and rights at work, occupational health and safety, fairly traded goods, targeted employment of people with disabilities, etc.
