Staff and consulting services to scale up and manage the Ocean Decade Coordination Office (DCO) for Ocean Data Sharing over a period of 24 months, and to roll out activities aimed at three key outcomes:
• Improved coordination of Ocean Decade Actions and the related ocean data management Community of Practice.
• Progress towards the vision of the Ocean Decade Data and Information Strategy implementation.
• Progress towards establishing a data-literate global community.
