New clarification added: Kindly indicate the total number required is tablets or strips or packs of 10 example blister pack 3 of 10 tablets which makes is 30 tablets does unops need 13,129,560 x 30 tablets or total tablets required is 13,129,560.  Same goes for items 2.3,4UNOPS Reply: For all lots, the required unit is mentioned clearly in the column of "Unit" and the required pack size is mentioned clearly in the column of "Pack size". In the same way, the total required quantity is mentioned clearly in the column of "Total Required quantity in Unit". For example, under lot no 1, the requirement is 13,129,560 Tablets packed in packs of 3 blister packs of 10 tablets each per box. Bidders herewith requested to go through tender requirements carefully before submitting an offer. 

New clarification added: Must my company, whom will tender for this bid possess ISO Certifcation? for the documents which are mandatory to submit, how can this be demonstrated by the company. Or it must be demonstrated by the third party supplier. Secondly, please help clarify where all lots will be delivered. UNOPS Reply: For the bidder who is manufacturer, should have a valid Manufacturing and marketing licence/ registration with the competent National Drug Regulatory Authority (NDRA) of the country the manufacturer as requested in the QA requirements under Form D, For the bidder who is not manufacturer, shall submit Manufacturer’s authorization Form as provided in Returnable bidding forms, from the manufacturer of the product/s. Delivery place is mentioned in the Form D under Section III of the bid documents. Bidders herewith requested to go through tender requirements carefully before submiting an offer.

New clarification added: I shall be grateful If you would kindly share bid submission form, Price schedule form, Technical specification form and quality cerificate format. UNOPS Reply: All of the returnable forms are uploaded under the "Document" section. Quality certificate is as per the manufacturer. Bidders are herewith requested to go through the tender documents , especially under "Documents" section carefully before submitting an offer.

New clarification added: We manufacture the pharmaceutical product Capsules of Dried Ferrous Sulphate BP  200 mg. (equivalent to 60 mg of elemental iron) ( in sustained release form ) and Folic Acid BP 250 mcg. The capsule product having elemental iron  in sustained release form has a distinct advantage over 60 mg elemental iron+ 400 micrograms folic acid filmcoated tablets indicated in the procurement bid.We supply this product  regularly and similar haematincs to the market in India and South East Asia for the maternal and child requirements and it is a well accepted product as it is a sustained release product which minimizes the  side effects of oral iron therapyWe request your clarification whether we can submit a bid for this product as the bid indicates the requirement as 60 mg elemental iron+ 400 micrograms folic acid filmcoated tablets and  our bid can indicate  Capsules of Dried Ferrous Sulphate BP  200 mg. (equivalent to 60 mg of elemental iron) ( in sustained release form ) and Folic Acid BP 250 mcg. if permitted.We can provide further technical details of the product we are offering if required. UNOPS Reply - Kindly note that, due to the programme requirements, there is no change in the specifications as given in the tender documents.
