New clarification added: Hi UNOPS Team, We had a few clarifications1. If the bid submission is with a is submitted as a Joint Venture/Consortium/Association do both parties have to be a registred UN vendor with a UNGM number or only the Leading Parnter/Bid submitter? 2. If any subcontractors are used do they have to be a registered UN Vendor or only the Leading Partner/Bid Submitter? 3. Can we propose additional add on's, such as the option to have a Unmanned/Autonomous capability? If so which section should this optional capability be hihglighted? 4. Is there a budget in mind for the procurement or a price band to keep in mind. Thank you so much. Answer to your questions,1. UNGM registration is sufficient only for leading partner/bid submitter . 2. UNGM registration/ UN vendor registration is sufficient only for leading partner/bid submitter . 3. We will consider proposal as per our technical requirement (Section II and III), However, if you have additional option, please attach the brochures. 4. Please give us the best price offer as per our requirements listed in Form D in the ITB section III.Thank you.

New clarification added: Dear UNOPS Procurement Team. Following on from requests to extend the deadline, we fill UNOPS have provided sufficient time and information for submissions to be received by the 1st July 2024. A further extension with any subsequent changes to the specification would not only be an unnecessarily delay to the procurement, but could also be a detriment to providing a compliant and competitive offer. We would therefore ask that both the specifications and deadline remain the same.Answer to the question:We will not change the technical specifications and it will remain same. However, we will check and decide whether it is necessary to extend the tender submission deadline. If required, we will extend it on 28 June 2024. Thank you.

New clarification added: Dear UNOPS Team, Question 1- We would like to ask for the possibility of extending the tender document submission deadline to 15 July. Question 2- Requesting to extend the closing date of the tender to 6th of July 2024Answer to both questions,The UNOPS Procurement team will check and decide whether it is necessary to extend the tender submission deadline. If necessary to extend, we will post it on 28 June 2024. Thank you.
