Provision of Consultancy Service for The Technical Assessment of Marka Market Rehabilitation.

These terms of reference (ToR) have been developed to guide the technical assessment of Marka market, under the Regional Programme for the Improvement of the Living Conditions of Palestine Refugees in the Camps (REPAC XI) project, funded by KfW to UNRWA Jordan Field Office. The document presents key elements that will shape the proposed assessment and provides a roadmap for the assessment team. Sections on the survey methodology will be further developed by the consultant and UNRWA assessment team in an inception report.
