Description
The RCG-led due diligence is a formal assessment of the potential reputational risks that UNOPS could be exposed to or realize in engaging with a new potential partner, client, and donor.
A reputational due diligence review is a powerful risk management tool to provide UNOPS with a better understanding of the risks associated with engaging with a new potential partner, client, and donor. To initiate a due diligence review, please e-mail the Due Diligence unit (duediligence@unops.org) within the Risk and Compliance Group.
The Due Diligence Unit at RCG would like to procure a due diligence database to support and boost Due Diligence activities from suitable suppliers that could provide required services (due diligence database) for the due diligence unit at RCG.
Expected output: a database of Politically Exposed Persons, Sanctions, Financial Crime and other heightened risk individuals and organizations, used around the world to help to identify and manage financial, regulatory and reputational risk. Ideally the database should allow batch upload and include a monitoring function.
Companies interested in the provision of the above mentioned services and works must demonstrate their capability and provide evidence that they have enough resources and capacity to meet the requirement, including but not limited to, providing high-quality services for the due diligence database services.
At this stage the Due Diligence Unit would like to obtain information about the products and specifications used to determine the appropriate supplier, solicitation method and type of competition. Through requesting a demo access to the platform.
