UNICEF has now issued a [Request for Proposals] in order to select a supplier for the ESTABLISHEMENT OF LONG-TERM AGREEMENT TO ADMINISTER TENDERING, SELECTION, CONTRACTING AND GRANT MANAGEMENT PROCESSES FOR SOCIAL SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO WILL RECEIVE SMALL SCALE GRANTS.
