Provision of Printed Materials and Associated Services on Prototyping, Proofreading and Delivery

The OSCE Support Programme requires provision of printed materials and associated services on prototyping, proofreading and delivery for the projects` implementation needs. The OSCE intends to conclude the framework contract(s) with aggregate duration up to 31 July 2025.

Throughout the term of the contract(s) the OSCE does not guarantee any minimum level of business. Any orders placed against the contract(s) shall be on an “as and when required” basis.

Bids submitted as separate complete LOTs are accepted. Bidder can bid for one or more LOTs. Bids are not accepted for partial compliance to any LOT. Bids shall be submitted as the following complete LOTs:

• Lot I - Provision of Printed Materials and Associated Services on Prototyping and Delivery;
• Lot II - Provision of Printed Materials (Handbooks) and Associated Services on Prototyping, Proofreading and Delivery.
