CONCERNING AN INVITATION TO SUPPLIERS OF SERVICES AND GOODS TO PARTICIPATE IN TWO (02) ONLINE TRAINING SESSIONS (TEAMS) ON THE NEW TOOLS FOR MANAGING CALLS FOR TENDERS.

1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this notice of expression of interest (EOI) is to invite suppliers of services and goods in Nigeria to take part in the training sessions designed to familiarise them with the new tools for managing invitations to tender known as Oracle Cloud ERP. UNHCR will present to suppliers the procedures for registering in the UNHCR supplier database and the process for participating in invitations to tender in Cloud ERP through the supplier portal.

2. PARTICIPATION

This call for expressions of interest is aimed at suppliers of services and goods who are not subject to any judicial or fiscal exclusion measures and who operate in the West and Central African.

The two training sessions will be held online on Teams as follows:

-      14 May 2024: Time: 9 AM. to 1 PM: Training in French.

-      21 May 2024: Time: 9 AM-1 PM: Training in English.

Suppliers interested in participating in this EOI process are invited to provide the following information:

-      A copy of the administrative documents/company profile and registration documents.

-      The email addresses of the official representatives, commercial departments, and communication department. that will participate in the virtual training.

-      Any other information deemed relevant to the bidder.

3. REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATION

4. DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS

The call for expressions of interest bearing the reference '' EOI/NGA/ABJ/01/2024” must be sent exclusively by email to the following address: jibunoh@unhcr.org  copying nigabsupply@unhcr.org  adhero@unhcr.org no later than 8 May 2024.

An invitation link will be sent to the suppliers who have expressed their interest by 10th May 2024 at 5 PM who will then participate in the training virtually.
