Introduction: Request for a communication firm to provide videography and photography services for the Enhancing the Capabilities of MSMEs through Cluster-based Support for Improved Resilience and Growth Project.

A.    Scope of Work

The objective of  onboarding a communications firm  is  for the communication firm to deliver 12 social media video reels and a comprehensive video documentary and photography services for the Enhancing the Capabilities of MSMEs through Cluster-based Support for Improved Resilience and Growth Project

The following 6 states are targeted - Anambra, Bayelsa, Edo, Kwara, Kebbi, and Lagos. The Communications firm is expected to visit these 6 states and others as may be determined by the project team Under the supervision of the UNDP team in close partnership with the European Union, and the UNDP Communications team, and they will support the documentation of findings from the programme impact assessment.

A.    Responsibilities

Working closely with the Project team, under the general guidance and supervision of the UNDP Nigeria Communications team, the contractor will be responsible for providing the following services:

 ·       Videography: produce 12 3-minute social media reels and documentaries that separately capture the findings from the  MSMEs clusters interviews, 6 video interviews of start-ups, and 6 interviews of various key stakeholders on the programme field assessment

·       Photography: produce a set of photos and graphics to separately capture key aspects of the programme impact assessment
