Considering that the responsibilities will traverse the entire states in the country (except the BAY states) 1.Is the consulting firm expected to have presence (an officer) in all the states of the country to aid this verification process? This isn't mandatory, but it's crucial for the firm to be able to document and authenticate incidents occurring nationwide, utilizing strategies they must be detailed in their proposal. 2.Considering that there is an unknown number of incidences that would need to be investigated, is there going to be consideration for a reimbursable component of the proposal? Or how should we plan for the unknown number of incidences that might present itself and require investigation in the course of the implementation? This assignment does not entail investigative work, therefore we do not anticipate the firm to carry out investigations.
