New clarification added: Clarification:Dear UNOPS,We are currently reviewing the project documentation and have a few clarifications regarding the hybrid system specified for Adlieh TunnelWe would appreciate clarification on whether the hybrid inverter has both AC input and output or only AC output. If the hybrid inverter includes AC input, kindly confirm that the quantity of circuit breakers should be doubled. We have noticed a difference between the BOQ and the SLD. In the BOQ, the item is listed as "SDB-ADL," while in the SLD, it appears as "SBD-AD." Could you please clarify whether these 2 items are same or different components? If they are different, kindly specify the correct location for "SBD-ADL" in the SLD.UNOPS Answer:The inverter should have both AC inputs and outputs. The breakers on the AC output side are included in the cost of the pre-assembled BESS Solution in the BOQ (Item 16262.2). The breakers on the AC input side are considered under the AC Panel between EDL and inverters (item 16442.2). The number of breakers on the input side is based on the number of used inverters. Please note that "SDB-ADL" in the BOQ is the same item as "SDB-AD" in the Single Line Diagram. The discrepancy in the name is due to a typing mistake.

New clarification added: Dear Sir,I hope this email finds you well.I am seeking clarification on certain aspects of the solar PV lighting installation specifications provided. Your confirmation on the following points would be greatly appreciated: 1. Double arm or triple arm with double or triple the size of the solar panel and battery - Is it correct that the design involves either double or triple arms, proportionate to the increase in the size of both the solar panel and battery? 2. U shape bracket vs. H shape - Could you please explain the distinction between a U shape bracket and an H shape bracket in the context of this installation?3. Quadropole for 19m pole - What is the specific purpose or function of the quadropole in the 19-meter pole design?4. Pole design with solar panel placement - Am I correct in understanding that the solar panel should be positioned in the middle of the pole rather than on top for all designs? Your prompt response to these queries will help ensure a clear understanding of the project specifications.UNOPS Answer:The lighting design for triple arms is suggested to install only two luminaries out of three given the design size of the battery. No difference between U shape bracket vs. H shape.Section 2 Item 1.1 n Quadropole for 19 m pole was removed from the BOQ. Please refer to amendment no. 2, the updated LOT 2 Bill of Quantities - Rev 01.The panels are positioned at around 5 m from ground level, and a minimum clearance of 4.5m between the bottom of the panels and the ground should be available. The panel is not in the middle of the pole, please refer to drawing P-2305-BE-DET-004.
