Services de conseil : évaluation du Programme « Appui au pilotage de la qualité de l’éducation de base à destination de pays d’Afrique sub-saharienne francophone » (2018-2023)
a. Rapport d’évaluation, après enquêtes, entretiens et consultations.
b. Equipe d’évaluation de 2 à 4 personnes, experts en évaluation des programmes de développement, et/ou d’éducation, dotés d’une expérience à l’international et plus particulièrement en Afrique Sub-saharienne.
