United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows:


UNESCO Kabul office would like to conduct the final evaluation of the Better Education Systems for Afghanistan's Future (BESAF) programme. The purpose of this final evaluation is to assess the extent to which BESAF achieved its expected outcomes and outputs, and to evaluate the overall effectiveness of the programme in supporting the education sector in Afghanistan. The evaluation will serve as a basis for organizational learning and decision-making for potential future phases of the programme.
