The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit an offer for the procurement of Seeding machine to be delivered to Toul Samrong rice seed farm in Battambang Province. If you are interested in submitting an offer, please make sure to have, at least, a UNGM Basic Registration with FAO (www.ungm.org). Instructions on how to access FAO tender documents through UNGM are attached to the present Notice under the “DOCUMENTS” tab; please follow these instructions when submitting your bid. Documents to be submitted as essential elements of the bid a) The duly completed “Technical Specifications and Compliance Format” in Appendix I, using the form enclosed, along with the relevant supporting documentation requested in the form. b) The duly completed “Financial Offer” in Appendix II, using the forms enclosed. c) The duly completed “Bid Submission Letter” in Appendix III, using the form enclosed. d) Copy of the valid Business Certificate/Legal registration certificate of the vendor OFFERS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF SUBMITTED THROUGH THE UNGM PORTAL.
