A. BACKGROUND: The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) requests expressions of interest from qualified suppliers for its "Global Programme on Cybercrime" to provide specialized IT hardware and software to strengthen beneficiaries in Trinidad & Tobago, Honduras, and Uruguay with specialized tools to ensure that criminal actions using information technology, in particular the Internet, are effectively detected, investigated, and deterred. B. OBJECTIVE: To acquire specialized technological equipment in the areas of digital forensics, criminal analysis, and video analysis to strengthen the investigation and prosecution of crimes that involve the use of information and communication technologies, or whose investigation is enhanced through digital technology, for the Cybersecurity and Social Networking Unit of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service. And specialize software in the areas of digital forensic analysis, criminal analysis and video analysis for National Police and the Public Ministry of Uruguay and acquisition of Sentinel License and Certification courses for the Strengthening corruption prevention and promotion of transparency in Honduras . C. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: For each item described must be included: • The product offered must be new and have been manufactured within a period not exceeding 12 months from the date of dispatch of the offer. • Provide a catalogue, data sheet, or general information on the product/goods offered, including all the necessary technical specifications. In Spanish and English, as well as the model/brand of each item to establish compliance with the requirements defined in point E of this document. • The awarded company will be responsible for all import costs, including taxes, freight, customs agent, insurance during the trip, storage, and others. It is the responsibility of the company to deliver the products at the final points of destination, complete and in perfect working order. • The awarded company will be responsible for all installation costs, including transportation of the technical personnel in charge, travel expenses, accommodation, as well as all the materials that will be used to ensure a complete installation, resulting in the item being in perfect working order. • If the awarded company offers a software whose installation is carried out remotely via download, it will not be necessary for the company's technical staff to travel to install it; nor will it be necessary to invest in materials for the installation. However, this does not exempt that the awarded company will be responsible for accompanying the remote installation process and guaranteeing that the downloaded software is working perfectly. • It must include induction on the use of the tool for the purchase. This induction can be done in face-to-face or virtual mode, depending on the biosecurity conditions in the context of the pandemic, and depending on the characteristics of the tool. • Accompanying the product installation process, and monitoring that the product, once installed, keeps operating in optimal conditions. • Warranty and licensing for 12 months. • Presentation: To be delivered in the original box of the product. 1.
