New clarification added: Questions:Could you please give a clarification is it expected to upload on the platform the same Form F in all three of these categories:"CVs (with marked relevant experience) of the proposed Team members including diploma, available certificates and proof of previous experiences", "Form F: Format for Resume of Proposed Key Personnel", and "The list of proposed Team members and CV (Form F) of the Team members is required, demonstrating his or her experience and expertise relevant for this ToR (as described above)"?Since in the first category "CVs (with marked relevant experience) of the proposed Team members including diploma, available certificates and proof of previous experiences" is not pointed out that it is a Form F, does it mean that some other format of CVs are expected to be uploaded? Also, is it expected to upload copies of diplomas, certificates, and proof of previous experience?And, is it expected to upload the same Form D in category "Form D: Technical Proposal Form" as well as in category "Proposed Methodology, Approach and Implementation Plan, Expected outcomes and Resources plan"?Answers:It is not necessary to upload the CVs into three categories. Form F is a preferable document to use, but you can also point out in Form F to another supporting document where the requirements can be checked against the previous experience of the proposed team. As per the tender checklist, diplomas, available certificates, and proof of previous experience should be uploaded if relevant according to the tender criteria.No documents have to uploaded more than once in any of the available categories, but please bear in mind that all categories have to have at least one document uplaoded in order vendors to be able to submit the offer.

New clarification added: Question:We would appreciate a clarification on a question do all team members who will be engaged in a project, as a trainers or experts, need to be declared in an offer or just a few crucial members?Answer:The tender requirements refer to the minimum number of core team members which are team leader and at least three team members. For these team members, the bidder should submit the required documentation. The bidders can optionally include additional team members who can be listed in the proposed methodology.
