The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) seeks a qualified and licensed Contractor to establish a long-term contract for pest control, disinfection and other similar services at the UNGSC, Brindisi, Italy on an "as and when required" basis at its premises located in Brindisi, Italy. The Services will comprise standard on-site services, products, application expertise, monitoring, and effective service management. Indoor spaces include but not limited to: - Main doors (along frames and thresholds) - Emergency doors (along frames and thresholds) - Foyers/lobbies - Stairs - Toilets - Kitchens - Common areas - Storerooms - Corridors - Basements - Warehouses - Workshops Outdoor areas include: - Gardens - Roads - Hardstands It is anticipated that the contract term shall be for an initial period of three (3) years, with the UNGSC's sole option to extend the duration of the contract for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each (3+1+1 years). Bidders must attend a scheduled videoconference to gather all the data required to determine the extent of the necessary work to submit an all-inclusive offer.
