1. A prospective bidder requiring any clarification on technical, contractual or commercial matters may submit its questions via e-mail to emrgohpdceha@who.int as specified in section 3 Instructions to Bidders (use subject: [RFP 8/2023/20]) no later than [27 August 2023], and mandatorily formulate them as follows:

A consolidated document of WHO’s response to all questions (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of enquiry) will be sent to all prospective bidders who have received the RFP.

2. Proposals must be sent, in two distinct parts: Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal via e-mail to emrgohpdceha@who.int as specified in section 3 Instructions to Bidders no later than [3 September 2023] at [17:00] hours, [Cairo] time.

3. Evaluation of proposals and selection of a vendor will be performed in accordance with the  RFP [RFP 8/2023/20].
