Supply of patient stretchers/couches and beds for Urkaine
- Description of Requirements
The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for supply of patient stretchers/couches and patient beds which address the following objectives:
- Patient stretchers/ examination couch – 20 units
patient examination couch with electric drive to be used in hospitals, clinics and other facilities for examination, simple exercises and other procedures.
- Patient stretchers/examination couch, foldable – 40 units
foldable patient examination couch to be used in hospitals, clinics and other facilities for examination, simple exercises and other procedures.
- Multifunctional patient bed with mattress – 200 units
Electric hospital bed designed for standard hospital wards (castors, brakes, removable siderails).
The goods shall be delivered DAP-Kyiv, Ukraine (WHO warehouse located at Brovarsky district, Kvinteve, Kyiv oblast
WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Invitation to Bid (ITB), at a later stage, for the above requirements. Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
2. Minimum Criteria for Vendors
Companies can only participate in this Request for EOI from WHO after completing their basic registration (free of charge) at the United Nations Global Marketplace (www.ungm.org).
- the vendors shall have experience in the field of supply of medical furniture (patient stretchers/couches, multifunctional patient beds) for the last three (3) calendar years.
- proven representation working in Ukraine is an asset.
- the vendors must confirm their previous experience in supply of similar medical products (medical furniture, medical equipment, etc.). Previous positive collaboration with international organizations including WHO will be considered as an asset
- the vendors shall have all valid licenses and permits issued by the respective authorities of Ukraine for the usage of the offered products by Ukrainian hospitals.
