Digital transformation in the Education sector

United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified entities to submit their expression of interest for a planned solicitation process as follows:

Objectives and Scope

UNESCO initiates the implementation of a project titled ‘E-governance in the Education Sector in Ukraine’ aimed at supporting education in emergency in Ukraine through the accelerated delivery of targeted interventions. Project is supported by the Global Partnership for Education under the endorsement of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ministry for Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

Expected Procurement Components

The objective of this future procurement tender is to select the service provider who will equip MESU with the institutional and organizational capacities needed to efficiently implement and oversee the design and implementation of the project, design a comprehensive digital technical architecture for e-governance in education using the national framework developed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
